The African Bermuda Dispersion Cultural Tour is visiting The National Museum of Bermuda in Dockyard and join us for a Sankofa Journey of the African Diaspora at the museum and in Dockyard as we learn about the past to help us to understand the present and move forward to a better future!

Departure point:  Departure from the Visitor Service Center in Dockyard, near Ferry Terminal and this will be the return location. Please ensure to arrive at least 10 minutes early for check in and to ensure an on-time departure. The tour is 2 hours and 30 minutes & will depart promptly at the scheduled times.

Price: $40 Adults & $35 for seniors and children under 16

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for refunds. 




Bus Tour of Dockyard- Enjoy a short bus tour of the Dockyard, learn about the stories of the Enslaved and Free blacks who built it and their struggles of resilence and persistence. 

The National Museum of Bermuda- We will visit various exhibits in Shipwreck Island and the Commissioner’s House and learn about history in the early centuries of Africa, Europe, the America’s, and Bermuda and we will share stories within the African Diaspora which include African Civilizations, European settlements and colonization, and how the, “Maafa”, and Transatlantic slave trade influenced and built various countries’ economies and learn about the systemic distribution of wealth, power, and legacies built over the past 500 years.
