Please note that credit card payments for Titan Express are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland (“TREKKSOFT”). Therefore, TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

Terms & Conditions
No refunds are available once the bus pick up service or tour has commenced.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although Titan Express Ltd will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
All tours and services offered by Titan Express Ltd are valid as per the dates displayed on Titan Express website.
Titan Express is not responsible for injuries or accidents in and around the bus. Clients are asked to remain seated while the bus is in motion. Move about your own risk. Please use caution on steps.
